Day 01
Negombo

You’ll be warmly welcomed in Negombo and travelled to Villa Hundira, a panoramic region encircled by a beautiful environment, after arriving in Sri Lanka. Enjoy the environment to loosen up and unwind.

Day 02
Digana

Once you reach Digana, you will journey to the Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic to begin your day. This temple is a sacred destination, revered for housing the Tooth Relic of Buddha, a profound image of religious importance. You will then spend the night at the Rukgala Retreat in Digana.

Day 03
Digana

Engage in the yoga classes that the Rukgala Retreat offers every day. After that, take a guided tour of Bambaragala’s Meditation Caves for a profoundly changing enjoyment of nature. You can also explore the old caves.

Day 04
Digana

After engaging in a morning yoga session head to the lake for a paddle-boarding consultation. At Rukgala Retreat, unwind with a full-body rubdown from a skilled therapist. Finish the day with a yoga consultation at night.

Day 05 & 06
Galle

Continue to the ancient town of Galle, where you can unwind and refuel at a quint, foliage-surrounded boutique called Niyagama House. As you take in the sights and prepare for your upcoming adventures, relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings of your lodging. Start your rejuvenating and vigorous yoga class at Niyagama House the following morning. After that, utilise guided meditation to clear your mind and take five minutes to unwind.

Day 07
Departure

On your final day, have a leisurely breakfast and, if time allows, have a last stroll through Galle before going to the airport. Complete your revitalizing trip with calm and tranquillity.
